what if tazering is like doing drugs?

Sure, it might seem ok giving them a zap at an early age, but what happens when they get older and they need the "hard stuff" to feed their increasing craving for the juice?

electricity could be the new heroin, instead of finding them down back alleys injecting themselves with god knows what from a rusty aids contaminated needle, you\'ll find them all clamouring round a wall socket with knitting needles.
