yup, pretty damned excited about it too, I\'ve been listening to this stuff since I was kid, granted this is only Mustaine but he was the band anyways.
Another nice thing is that this is in a small club not some arena so it\'ll be a lot more fun, gonna take my camera and try to snap a few pics of the band.
The only thing that sucks is that this is on a Monday.
Anyhoo I\'m off

I\'m seeing them in September, on the Gigantour.
Megadeth, Dream Theater, Dillenger Escape Plan, Nevermore, Symphony X, among others. :)
-
I\'m gonna go see Hilary Duff in her bedroom. Naked.
-
I\'m gonna see Dave Mustaine on stage....naked

Is Dashboard Confessional opening for them again?

You do know he would bitch slap you for that comment if he were close enough, right?

saw Mustaine at sweden rock. he was not that good. saw him here in holland a few months before in a smaller club, there it was better. Mötley Crue kicked ass at sweden rock! and alice is playing here in July, will be nice :)

Nothing to see in Chicago lately.
I might go to Lollapalooza just to see Trail of Dead.
All the good bands are in Europe.
But the question is... Have you seen Deicide?
-
sweden and norway more specifically.
I\'ve never seen megadeth or metallica live. (2 main bands i listened to since i was like 5 years old). Mainly because megadeth never comes around here and metallica charges a billion dollars a ticket.
I dont like mustaine as a person, but countdown to extinction is an awesome album..dont really care if its when they got all "mainstream". Never really got into the older stuff like peace sells except rust in peace.

seen deicide twice, in copenhagen (denmark) and eindhoven, holland :D
-
ask dave why MTV isnt paying him anymore to be thier whore
-
touché Luke, no I have not seen Deicide yet :p
Well just got back and I gotta say I\'m very happy with the concert, the band played very well and played just about all of my fav songs except for Ashes in your mouth.
There was a problem with the sound, they would get feedback from time to time but only when they weren\'t playing. The vocals were too low too, but this was a small club so the accoustics were far from great.
In a way I\'m feeling better about this concert than I was last years Metallica, I\'ve seen most of the bands that have played here recently that have interested me but I am still kicking myself for missing Pain of Salvation.
I snapped a few pics, most of them were blurry as to be expected but here are a few, let\'s just hope imageshack playes nice.
