Hahah, the guy should apply for a job at some Japanese company like Honda for robot development.

I see this thing is still pretty much mechanical instead of ultra advanced tech like true AI and muscle fiber emulators.

I don\'t even wanna know the cost and effort to keep this thing working for more than a month heh...

Come to think of anime mechs....I really think mankind is making pretty sucky tech progress compared to anime and sci fi.

I mean... we STILL haven\'t got any great alternatives to oil based fuel and traditional electrical batteries and the lobby for those existing industries keeps any quicker progress away  :(

BTW: they have come up with oil alternatives, but large companies buy them out and burry the technology.  They dont want any competition

Dude if I were rich I wouldn\'t think twice, Id buy that in a heart beat. Strap some bottle rockets onto it and fountains that would be awesome.

I think Ill wait for some improvements.. that thing cant even walk properly yet :)  He\'s basically trying to sell that one so he can make a better one. (one that actually walks properly) haha  Its very cool though.

Wow. That shit is so bad ass. If i was rich id build one. I mean it would be incredibly expensive to make it more than just a statue of course but it would be so much fun.

I know that that much tech probably wouldnt go towards something like construction but the possibilities are huge. Idk. Im a big anime/mecha person so it definately interests me.
