This is why I hate Xobx LIVE! (and even pc multiplayer once in a while). Kids just act like sh!theads on the internets. It\'s depressing.

i am going to post those pics here.

i\'m calling shady PR
rehost the pics, slacker
-
the link pics work for me. I didn\'t know it doesn\'t work for different user. I try to check it out on a different internet browser and it said hosting pics isn\'t cool...so i guess i should just post it as attach file or something...
-
interesting... well, if they\'re not setup.. That kids father will most likely (if not already) lose his job.
-
beat that kids ass.
-
i still say it\'s viral marketing and completely staged
-
That kid needs a damn haircut.
-
I think you are right.
If I remember well its not backwards compatible and the kid is playing Halo2 on it.
I dont think is rational either to give one to an employee to test it at his home. What kind of test is that?Just plug it on a TV?Sounds stupid to me.And how is he supposed to test it since there are no XBOX360 games to try?
-
You mean 360...
-
xbox360 is gonna be backwards compatible with the most poplular xbox titles
http://www.gamepro.com/microsoft/xbox360/games/news/45969.shtml
-
 @ gamepro
-
So eventually...the 360 will be backwards compatible...but not at launch.
...
:lmao:
-
yea i think its a marketing scheme by microsoft if you ask me
i mean wow look at that apt/house
where is the furniture - nothing but a pillow and small tv with 360...seems odd to me
-
And the camera was taking photos by itself too.

Ever heard of timers?
Ever heard of friends taking pictures?
Obviously not.........
I will say that I agree that it is most likely a MS marketing scheme. If nothing else, because that apt / house looks awful empty.
-
1)Not just heard but I use it too.But I havent baught camera that can fly though
2)My point:The photos were purposely taken so the XBOX360 and the kid are both viewed. And I dont mean it as a kid\'s effort to prove that he has one in his room

Where is this flying camera?
Please, point this camera out. And don\'t use some bullshit argument like "like at the way its pointed", that could be easily be explained.
-
Flying camera?...:lmao:
what is going on here? Sorry, i was laughing because its make me laugh out some of the stress and depression that i am dealing with right now. Kind of makes my day.
Add:

It will be backwards compatible at launch. Just not every game. I don\'t understand how you came to this conclusion.
It\'s not like I\'m gonna miss Shrek 2 for the Xbox.
-
Only the TOP selling, most popular Xbox games will be backwards compatible.
For those of you complaining, remember it\'s better than nothing since the Xbox360 was never engineered hardware wise to be backwards compatible. It\'s my understanding that the emulation will be done Via Software. I applaud M$ for at least making the effort to give gamers the ability to play some of the XBOX best games on the new system.
-
I wonder how PS3 will be backward compatible if XBOX 360 require emulation...

I hate to say things without a source, but I remember their goal is to have 95% of Xbox games emulated. The top selling xbox games are their first priority and will all work from launch.

Hardware/chip

XBOX360 requires emulation since XBOX was using a Gforce and the XBOX360 will be using an ATI graphics card. They use different drivers so it will need emulation.
Unfortunately for MS unlike Sony, they dont have control on XBOX\'s hardware.Just as NVIDIA256 ment Sony can simplify their previous hardware so they can do it through including chip components in the PS3.
-
I am still not getting it. Sony is using NVidia for the ps3, but ps2 and psOne is different. If ps3 can include a chip to make it backward compatible. Why does xbox360 have to go all the trouble to require emulation, instead of just including a chip???
-
Because as I said Sony had control over PS1\'s and PS2\'s hardware thus simplifying it as time passed enabling them to have simplified hardware components in PS3.
MS cant do the same thing though since they took "off the shelf" hardware parts from various companies.
