This is a fishing show.

It\'s really good.  I\'ve been doing some shooting, but mainly producing.

Show starts airing on FOX Sports 8/21.  

It\'s a competitive fishing show like some of the FLW Bass shows on ESPN, but it\'s done with no commentator.  We do it more of a reality TV style where the anglers are doing the commentating.


Well, I\'m not into fishing at all, but for a first episode I think it turned out real nice.  We\'ve shot like 9 tournaments now with 5 to go.

Congrats. Your people use those expensive steadicams or just shoot on their shoulder?

Shoulder.  Some of these boats are only 17 feet.

We get a helicopter for some footage.  That\'s fun.  Fly about 30 feet up cruising at 50 mph.

I wish I had more free time... I would have loved to make the music for a fishin\' show, dammit!

I\'m thinking: Slow, short banjo drawl ends in a nice crescendo, then break into a Fu Manchu-style heavy metal riff screaming, "FISH ON, FUTHAHMUKKA!!!!!!!"...then a nice John Denver-style ending bar singing softly..."nature is so sweeeeeeeeet"...

That show is completely scored.  You\'d never have the time for it.  Every single episode is different.

I didn\'t come into this show until show 5.  THe first 4 were with a different crew and they blew nuts.  THe show should get a lot better about mid september when our shows start creeping in.

I wish I had time for that....I pay rent for my studio every month and I\'ve been in it 5 times this year. This work thing is seriously hampering my creative flow. But I  could never make the kind of loot I do now making music...

I can\'t wait to see the show. Shitty DSL here at work... will have to wait until I get home.

good work, although i hate fishing, if it ends up on australian foxtel i\'ll tell a mate that loves fishing about it.

Well my one show is still the highest rated how-to show on Speed Channel. (No clue how.  I think it\'s boring)

This one is totally different which is why I like it.  Only problem is it makes me travel a hell of a lot.
