Post by: Ghettomath on August 15, 2005, 04:04:34 PM
...for those who support the Bush administration and the war in Iraq.

How do you explain this:

Exactly.  Posting a picture of Bush giving a thumbs up with a banner that says mission accomplished needs an explanation?

The war was over at the time and Iraq under Saddam had been defeated.  I suppose you are trying to tie this into the terrorists and the insurgents attacking our troops, but in relation to the photo you posted they have nothing to do with each other - the insurgency and influx of terrorists hadn\'t begun at that point and formal combat had ceased with Saddam being out of power while hiding in his spider hole.

Feel free to join the ditch bitch Cindy Sheehan in Crawford TX.

Bush\'s neighbor wants the protestors to leave his property where they\'re camped at. He said it\'s their right to protest but not their privelidge to camp on his property and have port-o-jons setup there along with the influx of media vans.

He actually shot in the air...to get ready for dove hunting season. Cops were called but said that the man is within his rights to shoot on his property as long as it\'s not malicious. :D

And then a new war started? I think it\'s the same war.

The "Mission Accomplished" speech declared an end to major combat in Iraq. Major combat eh? What was Fallujah? Why are there more members of our military dying than before we "accomplished" our mission?

It just seems like a giant political blunder. I was curious to how War-supporters view it.

look at what your doing

vomit reporting like fox news does

your basis is misinterpretation and taking things out of context in an attempt to a. make bush look bad b. be funny.  michael moore would be proud

I believe the mission accomplished sign was declaring that we had won the war against Iraq.....you can\'t ignore the fact that we won the accual war against Saddam.

Bush said nothing about the fighting being over. He accomplished the mission against Saddam.
