Post by: clips on September 07, 2005, 09:41:13 PM: damn...i didn\'t know you guys cared!...:gfight:...it makes me feel all moist inside! :p....thanks fo the love peeps. i think i might\'ve mentioned awhile back that i was gettin outsourced from my job in jersey, so i was gonna try and buy a home in jersey, but they were just too expensive...so i took a trip down to georgia back in May and closed on my brand new crib in georgia...;)

One thing i must say tho that i\'ve found out..the lightning storms down here are unreal...i mean when i actually saw a bolt hit something on the side of the road when i was moving down here on interstate 85...s**t is real nervous..:eek:..i mean you can really get struck by a bolt if you\'re hangin around outside, but the people here are just used to it :confused: but other than that it\'s all good...:)

I love NJ. I wouldn\'t want to live in any other state now, but probably will :( NJ has a lot of weird stuff (http://www.weirdnj.com), the shore and its own little neat facts and culture and stuff.

Covington....a small suburb about 35 min..from atlanta (east).....Jersey was ok but i had to make moves. yea i\'ll always love jersey, but it was either buy an old ass house up there for 310,000 or buy a brand new one for half that...you do the math..;)....it\'s a bit slower down here as well....it\'s nice tho...

Real estate is expensive as hell up here its insane. Townhouses are the prices of brand new houses.
