Its amazing how they achieved such real time graphical quality in a matter of months. :eek:

Anyway, I agree, it does looks amazing. Bring back the memories I have about MGS2 trailer on E3 2000. How it got me so excited when watching it.

FPS = forget prerendered stuff
FPS = format playstation scenes
FPS = Finally a policy switch?
This is no FPS. This is MGS.

I am very amaze that they manage to come up with interesting ideas and bring out graphic in that detail in quite a short time. Oh, who can forget the physics...drools.

128 bits color really do bring out the contrast ratio and it show even though its not a direct feed video. Again, Sony claim PS3 can bring out 50,000:1 contrast ratio and it shows. I guess the same can be said about XBOX360 with 128 bits color...

Amazing texture and Graphic. You can see what really high contrast ratio can do. The shades of shadow from dark to light, and very bright scenes are really detail...:D

Anyway,

All we know is that we can speculate as to how many years this story is set after the Big Shell events of MGS2. \'X years after Big Shell\' has the x as a guessing number, not 10, becuz it\'s obvious that Otacon doesn\'t look as aged as Snake.

My guess is that MGS4\'s story is set no more than 5 years after MGS2.

Indeed, Fox die and the Genetic cloning side effects have evidently fvcked up Solid Snake alot. He looks like 55 to 60 years old and not the healthiest. The side effects seem to have grown into a spasmic seizure, whereas he just felt a bit fainty (after battling Vamp) in MGS2.

The needle shot is surely his medicine to supress his illness.

I wonder what motive he will have to keep on fighting. There are lots of fighting factions in MGS4\'s story so it seems, so MGS2\'s Philantrophy missions are obsolete in this part of the MGS timeline.

Hopefully other websites have a better video quality (ex: higher resolution, higher bitrate) and downloadable too.:D
