To me personally, a man pissing about under a parked plane with a suspect "package", does seem a bit odd

Hard to tell from that sketchy writing but the man was DEFINITELY carrying a bomb or no?  I\'d like to know the details of what was in the package.

If he was then good job to the UK police.
