With the release getting closer their finally showing some in game footage.

kinda pissed to see that tackle in the first video. Same exact animation from all the other maddens that u never really see in real life. BUT, outside of that im really impressed with the cutscene of the qb going to the line. I know its just eye candy but its pretty f-in awesome.

Didnt really show enough to see what it would be like in game. The gameplay looks like itll feel like NFL2k games.

bit of an update...few more videos..a lot more screenshots..and a nice review from ign who got to play the game for a couple hours.

from the videos iv only seen the same animations as the ones we already have..but supposedly theres a lot more..iv only seen like 3 plays in the videos so far so its hard to speculate what the animations and physics will be like.

Better than this gen, for sure.  I found a few things disconcerting with the vids tho:

1) The crowd does the same motion, generally in unison, and generally 100% of them, so it\'s a bit disctracting, like a wave (but not the wave) all around the stadium.

2) The physics on some of the hits and catches was a little weak.  Jerky motions as they land or take the tackle... I wonder if that was just the format or if it was like that on the source...

I\'ve been a Madden fan for quite a while, I hope this one can live up to the expectation better than the PSP version did.
