Title: time for some benchmarks!
Post by: politiepet on October 10, 2005, 12:12:27 PM
I\'ve been playing around with my settings a bit and got some nice 3dmark scores in return for it:

3dmark05: 5118
3dmark03: 14449
3dmark01: 19 sumthing (don\'t really care for that one anyway ;))

post your scores here, so we can determine who has the biggest e-penis :)

these are my specs btw:

*intel P4 cpu 3,00Ghz
*1x512, 2x256MB DDR ram (400Mhz)
*leadtek geforce 6800le (softmodded and overclocked)
*ASUS P5P800 motherboard (8x AGP)

Athlon 800 oced to 1523 with 1028 megs of Mushkin SSDR-DDR-QRAM on an Abit VHS-1100 mobo dual booting Linux Blackhead and a beta of Whistler. I used the v23.182736 alpha drivers for my nVidia GeForce 2 Ultra Maximum Pro and even disabled DNVCD caching and boosted the latency rating to 4.19.

I\'m one of those homos who refuses to run any 3dmark benchies anymore...

I have an old score of 12737 3DMarks in 2003.  I\'ve upgraded some since then, so it\'s a bit higher now i\'d imagine.

I have an aquamark benchie in a thread somewhere around here.  EDIT: 62,219 in aquamark3 (old)

I may run some benches tonight to see how I stack up now, but I hate how long 3dmark takes.

once apon  a time i used to care about benchmarks, but now i really couldn\'t give a shit.
Most people that benchmark don\'t even notice the difference from the  "tweak" they\'ve done on their system.
As long as my games run at their best. I\'m happy.
