For instance do you know what the difference is between a hi fi stereo and five babies?

An Iraqi refugee goes to the doctor not feeling well. The doctor examines him. He then tells the guy to go into the next room, piss in the bucket on the floor and then take a dump in it. After he has done this the doctor tells him to take 5 deep breaths into the bucket. Amazingly, this seems to help, and the guy\'s feeling a lot better. He asks the doctor what was wrong with him.
