Just wondering if anyone else has seen it, and what they thought of it.

The law basically states that every year, one random class will be chosen to battle it out until only one survives...

They get kidnapped and thrown into a remote island, given a random weapon (which ranges from excellent to practical to silly), and are given a time limit to survive and kill everyone else...

Ultra violent and hilarious, at times...

I hate overdubbing. Makes the movie cheesy as all holy hell and unwatchable. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. English-speaking voice actors aren\'t as serious as the Japanese ones, and they just make the movie seem like a joke. Kung Fu Hustle is a movie I couldn\'t watch for 5 minutes in English. It\'s like the movie is a joke...then you switch to the original language and the movie is serious and not overexaggerated. It\'s like WTF?!? But meh...

I plan on learning Japanese once this semester ends. I don\'t want to have to read the subtitles...ever.

I dunno why some of you put people down coz they just now got around to watching an old movie. I have yet to see Papillon, which i heard is an excellent movie. I have never seen Battle Royale because there are no rentals here that carry it. BFD.

So, the point is, someone sees the movie and enjoys it and wants to share their experience about it and perhaps ask some questions....but instead of continuing the conversation, some of you put them down.

There\'s a few anime movies I\'d like to ask about that I haven\'t seen but I\'m sure I\'d get the same treatment.
