Title: Grrr. Need help with a paper

I\'m writing a paper about the first amendment and I\'m really stuck. I decided to show how people use the first amendment to shield themselves by usually socially unacceptable behavior. So far I have written about freedom of expression with Texas v. Johnson, freedom of assembly with the KKK and I want to do soemthing with freedom of the press. I\'m trying to find a historical example. I can\'t seem to find one. Anyone have an idea that I can Google? I learned about something with the Spanish American War about people who stretched the truth within the press to go to war. I\'ve been too out of school to remember.

Im assuming you can read, since you can write. Quit bringing up dead threads just so you can post in them.

quit being a dick, he was thanking him for the help.  You see here in civilized society when one person offers help to another, it is common practice to offer them some type of thanks....damnit, I can\'t believe I actually clicked on the "This person is on your Ignore List. It\'s more the fact that you didn\'t really add anything to the thread that helped anyone.  Goodluck/best wishes could have been PMed, rather than posted in a thread.  

Then again, why bother combatting useless spam posts, there\'s so many +1 posters in off topic trying to drive up their postcounts without saying anything that it\'s a lost cause.

I think he meant dead as in "THIS TOPIC IS DONE DICKWAD, STOP POSTING USELESS SHIT TO UP YOUR POST COUNT!".
