Title: Guitarists: MPA news
Post by: Viper_Fujax on December 21, 2005, 01:39:56 AM
The pricks took down mxtabs.net. I got ALL my tabs from that damn site..everywhere else is either filled with crap tabs or is filled with popups.

They also took down another site, but i dont know the name of it. taborama er something..pretty gay..i dont get why they have to do that? i would get it for unsigned bands maybe, but thatd be pretty damn rare..thered be no reason to sue over someone tabbing a metallica song, because its not liek theyre stealing it. Not sure how far this will go.

Wow.. that really sucks.

I got all of my drum tabs from that website.

Luckily, I\'ve been using http://www.mysongbook.com along with GuitarPro - much better than tabs.

Music Publishers\' Association

Not exactly sure if mxtabs got taken down for having tabs cuz then ultimate-guitar and all the others would go down..or for taking tabs from other sites. Someone told me on another forum so theres no article that explains why.
