Well, not really. I\'m 6\'0", 180.
But I\'m kicking around the idea going to a local show in PA where a couple of kids from my hometown have jobs as time keepers and ring announcers and stuff.
They are holding a 3-hour "clinic" on becoming a pro wrestler for $60 before the show.
I figure it\'s mostly talk, but I might sign up just to have stood in a wrestling ring and tried a headlock or something.
Would be a fun experience.
K, thx for sharing.

Awesome man, have fun.

Wow.. You can\'t find anything better to spend 60 bucks on?
-
Don\'t listen to Vid... Do it.
-
Lol, true, but look at it this way, you spend 60 dollars on gas for your car(a necessity yes) but it\'s something he\'d like to experience, I wouldn\'t spend that much but I\'d spen 40 to step in a ring.
-
I say do it. One more thing to cross off the list of things to experience before you die.

Oohh, very nice try dude...goodluck!
Btw, are you watching TUF/UFC? You\'ll learn and gain a lot of techniques/style from there...;)
-
Learn from watching TV?

Wrestlers watch tapes all the time to pick up on stuff.

Yeah...Well if u are watching UFC/TUF, you will see a lot wrestling techniques that the fighters are using...;) For example, fighters there usually used grapling style, and they have a coach that shows how to use those moves...

They are indeed.
But really, it\'s not like it\'s an actual sport. If you watch people who are good you can see how they react to the crowd, their mannerisms, what they do in the ring and what works, what doesn\'t.
You can\'t learn how to wrestle on tv, but you can still learn things as a wrestler from watching others.
They\'re more intelligence than you give them credit for.
