Ok, My Ps2 is oficially dead. Should I buy another one or wait for the Ps3? Still have GC in a drawer I could mess with.

id sell your ps2 to EB (they buy broken ones) and get a used one. I think the slim is only 10 bucks more so might as well go with that. I cant remember what i paid for it but i didnt lose sleep over it, and im pretty stingent with money.

Unless theres some news that the ps3 is coming out realtively soon that i dont know about.

if I broke mine I\'d wait, but I never play mine.  It really depends on how much you use it.

Do you ever play it? If not - don\'t bother. I gave mine to my father and never miss it.
