At what point in your life do you decide a tattoo like that is a good choice?

You could always just let bushy eyebrows overgrow them and shave them when you had a reason.  Although, it\'s still a stupid tatoo.

Yeah. It just doesn\'t have the tattoo look to it. Maybe he did that when they were taking a new mugshot in a prison or something.
