Title: How do I get the security tab to appear in folder properties?
Post by: videoholic on February 19, 2006, 08:22:48 PM
I get three tabs when I right click on a folder and select properties..

General, Sharing, and Customize.

I am having an access problem on a couple folders and I can\'t figure out where it is that I turn on the feature that gives me that 4th tab.

fuck.  Now I am having it happen on my laptop, but can\'t get that fix to work.

I hate Avid and there freaking user settings.  I can\'t get this damn directory to open now and I can\'t get the tab to pop up to allow me to change the security settings.

Well I went into safe mode, set access to the directory to all and copied the directory elsewhere.  I can open the copied version now, but still not the original.

So I worked it out, but I\'d still like the darn tab to be there so I can fix it easier.

I gotta go to lunch.
