Either way, I personally said Simpsons sucks and I still think that. I hate the show and have since I was little. My fiance loves it and watches it every single friggin\' day.

If it was "geared towards youngins" then it wouldn\'t deal with serious relationships, death and many other things. Can it be enjoyed by the younger crowd? Yes, but it is clearly a show for the adult comic lover.

2: The Superfriends:

umm yea, Xmen had the same shit, hell even teenage mutant ninja turtles did. Scooby Doo has ghosts :eek: They\'re still children cartoons even if you try to suger coat them.

You couldn\'t be more clueless. It\'s all how they tackle the issue and Justice League tackled the issues as well as any "adult" cartoon. Mabye the slapstick humor of the "adult" shows just doesn\'t appeal to me. I\'ve never found Simpsons, Family Guy or Futurama remotely interesting, not even when younger.

Post by: clips on March 06, 2006, 07:05:12 AM: i agree with LIC here...i couldn\'t get into family guy or futurama...out of all of them, i\'d say i only liked the simpsons...as far as the superhero flicks go...i haven\'t really seen the justice league yet, but i did like the latest spider-man animated show and i liked fox\'s x-men...i have yet to pick up the new avengers dvd that\'s out...i did happen to finally see a very small part of "boondocks"..yo, i didn\'t know that show was so raw!..:p..i\'am really feelin\' that joint..even tho it\'s anime the style of it looks like that really nice graffiti that you see on some of ny\'s subway trains....:fro:

i\'m not familiar with the characters yet, but i plan to try to check for that show more often...

good to hear that...i\'ll be coppin\' that soon....i did happen to pick up some of the ultimates books when i was in jersey, but i haven\'t found any comic book shops since i moved to georgia...well to be honest i really haven\'t had time to look for them...

No doubt that the little "intro" is impressive. NO DOUBT about it. Just don\'t care for the original material.
