Would it be so bad for the US to get out and let Iraq have their Civil War?  Didn\'t we have one?

The problem is, the bad guys are better equipped and would surely win. Also, you know Syria & Iran would come marching in. If we leave them alone, Iraq would get absorbed, and a Fundamentalist Muslim Superstate would control the world\'s oil supply. Gotta keep \'em fighting each other.

We are never going to leave Iraq. We might as well make them part of the United States.

Meh I don\'t want us to leave because we need that oil. Gas prices are going back up. I remember when gas was 0.98 a gallon. Now it\'s 2.39 and rising.


But Honestly we can\'t leave. Iran would take them over so fast. And thats something nobody wants.

So what if all the bad guys kill all the good guys, then we can just sweep in and blow the whole area up.  

At least then we\'d have no collateral damage.  Since there are no good guys.

This is the best idea I\'ve heard in a while.  When Rome conquered a new territory, they made the inhabitants citizens of Rome, and their lives were BETTER than they were under their previous shitty dictatorship.  If we\'re going to behave like a empire, we should do it right.  Let\'s defuse all this crazy religious mumbo jumbo and give them a full-on taste of secular americana.  Do you think they would consider a civil war when they have DirecTV, a 401K, and the Cheesecake Factory on the corner?  I think not.  :p

It was bad since it was decided to attack Iraq.I ve said it many times before that bringing down Saddam, and interfering inside Iraq would have let the fanatics from various political/religious parties the chance to try take over and chaos would let lose since Saddam would be out of the game to practice control over them by force.
 The islamists gained more power and influence than previously.

 Now they are killing each other for who\'s going to take control of Iraq.

Yeah I was banned because many of you said that these werent going to happen, that I was exaggerating, that it was just propaganda against the US and that I was just trying to find an excuse to express my non-existing hatred towards America
