the sad part is that those two morons are married. Which means they\'re breeding. Which means they will spawn offspring of an uncharted level of stupidity

Theyre actually pretty smart, who else would think to sue themselves for something they did to not have to pay for damages. The sad this is the case actually makes sense and they can possible win it.

They should fire him for being a reckless driver.

I hope there\'s still some shred of decency in our legal system and this guy gets thrown out.

And can you imagine if it works?  Every civil servant in the country will be injuring their spouses or property while \'on the job\' within a week.
