Due to recent issues with people using image hosts like Photobucket that only allow limited bandwidth [unless you pay for their service], I figured I\'d repost this in its own thread as a reference for others. I use quite a few of these for certain situations.
http://www.photodump.com [they put a watermark on the image unless you pay for the service, unlimited bandwidth, they only allow .jpg files, but if you pay for the service, you can upload .gif files and the watermarks are taken away, unlimited file storage, account required]
http://www.imageshack.us [no watermark, unlimited bandwidth, many different file types, account optional]
http://www.powimage.com [no watermark, can only use .jpg or .jpeg files, unlimited bandwidth, no account required]
http://www.tinypic.com [no watermark, unlimited bandwidth, they even allow video hosting now, various file types supported, no account required]
http://www.xs.to [no watermark, unlimited bandwidth, various filetypes, but you have to get at least 1 hit per month on the image or it will be deleted, account optional]
Feel free to add any other hosting sites that you think are good.

Photobucket works fine.
Anyway, how did you change your name? It used to be faggy but now, not so much.

Thanks for missing the entire point of this thread. When your Photobucket bandwidth is exceeded all you see is this:
And if the bandwidth gets exceeded early on you have to wait an entire month before the bandwidth can be used again.
Anyway, how did you change your name?
I requested a name change. And I made that name up when I was about 13 or 14, give me a break. Soul Reaver isn\'t exactly as cool as it was when you first came up with it. We all grew up and now we\'re stuck with the names we came up with when we were younger.

No one exceeds my massive bandwidth.
Anyway, the name comment wasn\'t meant as an insult seing as how my name is totally faggy. It wasn\'t made by me, though. The other guy who originally joined this forum did.
-
Did you take over his account or something?
-
More or less. It was a shared name.
We used the same account because I didn\'t want to bother with the registration form.
-
Where\'s the other guy now?
-
Married, somewhere in LA.

I think I was 14 when I came up with Titan (yeah I was, I just graduated middle school when I registered and was going to be a freshman in high school) and I still like it just as much as the day I registered it.

Thanks for the info. Alternatively if you\'re willing to pay and want to host tons of files including videos, here\'s a couple of popular, reliable hosts for dirt cheap:

Hey thanks, man. I was looking for a good server to host a site.

One of you guys should totally host this and used it as your avatar.

Dude...that wouldn\'t even be allowed. It\'s like a freaking megabyte. That\'s the girl from Argentina, isn\'t it?
-
haha
I really have to clear my cache.

Time to abuse Google a litte. :stirthepot:

I didn\'t know they allowed that. Do they have a limit on bandwidth?
