It\'s amazing just how what everyone was concerned about came true with regards to the patriot act.  It\'s now completely routine to charge drug offenders with terrorism related charges, and in this situation \'using a weapon of mass destruction\' is not really accurate, as he really isn\'t a terrorist.  The whole point of having an \'explosives\' or \'bomb\' offence is so you charge a revenge seeker with that, if you are just going to throw both at them, you might as well get rid of the lesser charges.
