Title: Broke Ground today
Post by: videoholic on April 25, 2006, 06:48:37 PM: Man I am so dirty. It hasn\'t rained here in so long.

The property was one big dust bowl. I have so much crap in my lungs it\'s downright nasty.

It\'s amazing how small the area looks when you mark it out on the property. Although it is definitely a long house. It will be interesting to see it get built.

We\'re hoping to be in the thing in about 10 months.

Also, we got the approval letter for our mortgage, and should be moving into our little shitbox sometime in June.

we\'re in, I spent the last 2 weeks working 60 hours at my job, and then working until 11 PM ripping out carpet, painting and plastering, and barbecueing. :D

also, had a new furnace / central air installed...it\'s nice to know peeps in the industry. My drummer did it for $2200....

I\'ll show pics when I get a chance.

However, my apartment isn\'t central aired :( I need window units for atleast my and my roomies bedroom and teh other bedroom with my other two roomies. My room is where I\'ll be doing much of my drinking (there will be a surround sound DVD player, PS2, a fridge and an HDTV. I\'m never leaving ;) ). Dunno if we\'re gonna put an AC unit downstairs yet. I\'ll post pics of the apartment when I move in August 1 :)

I think the house is getting 7 tons of A/C. Can\'t remember, but I think it\'s a 4 and a 3.

Well I\'m moving into public housing right on the border of my college enough to be off-campus housing. That means PARTAY!!! :D Plus the whole complex is a party complex. Beer bottles, ripped up shrubs and cans litter the complex. Love it.
