HOLY F****** SHIT!!
-
My thoughts exactly. :)

Ehm... shouldn\'t this be in Console discussion ?
Anyway. It does look good yeah. I hope they can get the locked 60 fps
they\'re aiming for......
I see alot of normal mapping once more.. i hope more shaders effects will
show up. The geometry of the monsters\' legs still look a bit low, but i guess
that\'s a compremise in to have many enemies and a rich environment.

Oops. My bad. *moved*
The monster in the second pic is pretty awesome, and so is the environment. They\'re doing a pretty good job.
-
Nice pics, but far from new. The bottom one was probably from the first batch of "in-game" shots.
-
Awesome indeed. (and i know some of the guys irl who worked on actual GoW character models..)
But hey, look at the lower left corner of the first picture ; you can see the X,Y,Z icon of the 3D program (Maya, 3DsMax or something like that..) LOL !
They just took a screencap of one of their workstations.

If I haven\'t seen it...it\'s new to ME. :thumb: Just kidding.
That\'s my bad #2. :shy:

They are aiming for locked up 30fps actually
what\'s with all the blur?
Blur?what blur?
-
blur as in a sceptical remark towards the somewhat stretched/blurry normal map textures....
Crytek\'s Crysis engine game will be one of the first DX10 games to really implement realtime motion blur * drool *
-
if you have to ask "what blur?", it\'s too late to realize
-
Now I am confused
Knotter8: Is mm refering to motion blur?
if yes
mm: Are you refering to the absence of motion blur? If you are refering to blurry textures I cant think of a game with crispier textures
-
shame, really
-
Instead of writing one or two words why dont you elaborate instead?
-
i shouldn\'t have to
-
Haha, unicron apparently isn\'t familar with your.. style. ;]
-
Will someone help me out here? :p
-

You see the part where the fan screamed out "It\'s got crraaaazzy graphics."?
I just busted out laughing right there.

I\'ve been watching those GoW gameplay vids on IGN ; yeah, the game does look awesome indeed and they keep a pretty good framerate fortunately. Great stuff, Cliffy.
