I think someone has my password. I woke up today at 12:30 to find that I was signed in at two locations. I went to change my password but AIM kept making me do shit that didn\'t have anything to do with my password. I got to the question "what was your first job" and had to answer. Well, I know what my first job is but don\'t remember if I actually put a job I once had or something else (I do that because if someone knows my first job, they can get through that). My question is, is there a way I can get the answer to the question from AIM? I have to wait until tomorrow because the bastards locked me out because I got the answer to the question wrong 3 times.

My situation was in the same ballpark.
After about a year of service, my first AIM SN all of the sudden said I wasn\'t at least 16 years old. So of course they wanted me to enter in my credit card information. But even better you can\'t get a credit card until you\'re 18 years old. This happened on different PCs so it wasn\'t a virus.

Well thanks (e) but how do I go about getting the answer to my question from AIM?
-
I never used AIM, but I did have AOL, and that shit happened to me often when I tried to check emails, kept giving me the same message about me being signed in on 2 locations.

I think I figured out why it signed in at two locations (poweroutage which knocks out the modem but for a strange reason it keeps me signed into aim for a while until I finally get kicked off. When the power cmae back on, I guess the info got sent again signing me on the same computer twice) but I still would feel comfortable changing my password. So.....
How do I go about getting the answer to my fucking question from AIM?

I was having problems with my aim for a while. Then a marksman suggested a better crosshair to me, and it\'s been kosher since.
Helpful?

No.

Why not ask AOL, the company with the answer instead of an online forum, with no answers yet witty comical responses?
Here let me help...
http://www.aol.com
does that help?

Isn\'t there an "e-mail me my password" option?

Yeah, when I sign on. I clicked on that hoping it would email me my password and question answer but it started putting me through all that bullshit again. I don\'t need my password though, I know it. I just want to change it without doing 20 different steps and remembering every detail. I just want my password changed.

I think you might be better off calling somebody in tech support directly
