It looks fantastic !!! Some of the best graphics I\'ve ever seen on PS3, and it\'s running at 1080p !!!

the background and character details are CG quality there. Amazing pictures.

That looks a little too good.

too good just like MGS4, HS and the likes doesnt it ;)

I think this one uses true Global Illumination ; which is a technique for realistic diffuse lighting. Killzone PS3 is rumoured to use it as well, altough i didn\'t expext GI to be used already since it a pretty heavy feat.
I saw a short feature on Wardevil\'s engine some time ago which mentions GI, but it was way too short and it didn\'t explain stuff like that, indepth.

I didn\'t think this was that impressive. Certainly not too good to be true. It looked nice, which is par for the course.
I wonder if the gameplay will be any good, because this short little demo video is boring as hell.
-
well, yeah the nature of the style & content in this vid is not all that great.
but it\'s about the type of lighting which, in the hands of the right director or developer, can create the most realistic scenes.
Rendering true global illumination in 3D rendering progs like Brazil & Final Render can take \'ages\'.

i thought i was the only one that felt this way...ever since i seen those updated pics of gears of war,...i\'m still waitin for a game to come along and top that games such aggressive attention to detail....this game here looks good, but nothing mind blowing...
