Title: PS2 Input Help
Post by: veebee on June 29, 2006, 04:55:25 PM
Is there a way to switch the PS2 from RCA to Component without RCA cables? My friend does not have component inputs on his television, so I had to switch my PS2 to RCA, and forgot to switch it back and do not have any RCA cables.

As far as I know you don\'t have to be switching between component and composite/svid modes, just change the RCA cable with the component cable.  If you want to switch between component types ie, RGB -> YPbPr modes then you would just turn on your PS2 with nothing in the drive, then DOWN, X, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, X, LEFT, X, reset.

Ignore any insulting/rude/offensive posts that follow this one, not everyone here is like that.  (Thankfully you didn\'t post your first post in Off Topic)
