Guys,

I\'ll have an update coming. But just a quick heads-up: Retro has proved the potential of the Wii-mote with Metroid Prime 3. The developer added a third control mode, expert (this is not normal or advanced, but all-new) and it simulates PC FPS controls to 90 percent accuracy. I was FLYING around levels with ease.

BTW -- We\'ll have footage so you can see for yourself soon. The game looks mad hot.

Matt

I hope MP3 isn\'t as hard as the last game.

That\'s an interesting quote.

I stopped being into the Metroid Prime series about 3/4 of the way through the first one, though.

I never even played the free Metroid Prime Hunters demo that came with my DS.

Then you played through the best of the first game.  The end was frustrating to say the least.

You should.  You might like it if you can get a handle on the controls (might take a while).

I didn\'t mind the re-exploration part at the end of the first one. Usually they were new areas and you felt good when you figured them out.

2nd one in the 2nd game was ridiculous though.

Quick summary about the Metroid Prime games-First one was superb in every conceivable way. 2nd one had ridiculously awesome boss battles but the dark worldwas a hinderance. etc

Metroid Prime is, in my view, one the greatest console titles ever conceived. In the top 25, no doubt.

That said, the end is the worst part.
