Title: Sid Meier\'s Railroads! - system requirements?

Gamespot review says this game is taxing.
 
I got it for free and before I give it to my cousin, I wonder if you guys could guess how advanced his PC would need to be?
 
2K has not released minimum system requirements which is odd, no?

System Requirements
CPU: 1.4Ghz processor
RAM: 512Mb RAM
VIDEO: GeForce 3 or equivalent

sigh.. min specs mean dick all. Companies use them to sell games, people believe they have the required specs to run games at a decent level when in fact the games aren\'t generally playable.
Max specs tend to be the same, unless a game is really well coded and optimized which doesn\'t happen much these days. Take min / max specs for face value, companies can\'t judge machine specs to the letter, machines just don\'t work that way.  Just go play Gothic 3 for a perfect example.

I loved the old game. It was rather, IMO, too much micro-management.
