thaats some nice use of $715 dollars of gear..

one night i went on a marathon between madden and marvel ultimate alliance and had no problem. Id say it was on for like 4 hours.

Pretty sure it was arleady dead, had some kinda fault.   Any heatsink will get red hot without some kinda fan blowing air over it.

I leave mine on all day, kind of wondering if that add on cooler would be worth it. anyone have it?

If yours hasn\'t fried by now, you\'re probably ok. Mine is in a poorly ventilated equipment cabinet, so I have to leave the door open as a precaution when I play. I was thinking of mounting an exhaust fan in the top of the cabinet to be safe.

The PS3 is 380 watts of.....I dunno what that means, literally. I don\'t think it draws 380 watts of power, though.
