I think it means "graciously"....

or "feloniously", I\'m not sure

Kinda sounds a bit creepy IMO when it said its in the car, come and get it. Some people may think its a scam. It needs a pic of the PS3 itself and not of someone staring into a camera. Just my opinion though. As long as you get the money for it :)
