Post by: fre4d4 on February 13, 2007, 03:15:43 PM: You know just when i think i have the cushioning of my ankle just rite wammo.I have to go on friday to the brace clinic, seems my ankle bone is rubbing against the brace. I think i need a new brace, if left unchecked i will have some serious skin breakdown. Then develop a ulcer there, which wouldnt be good at all.

Well, if it makes you feel any better I messed up my sideburns tonight nd had to shave them off. In doing so I completely ripped a peice of my ear off.

And they heated the area up and pushed it out createing a pockect area for my ankle. They also replaced all the straps and velcro. But he said no to a new brace, due to the fact it costs $3,000 to make one.See this is where i wish i had a successfuful home based biz going on. I could slap the money on the desk and say look forget the insurance there\'s your money make me a new one. But nnnnnnnnnnnnnnoooooo, i have to wait till the locks fail, stumble around hoping i dont fall. Then wait 4 or 5 weeks for the parts to come in on camal back. I just ranting sorry guys
