Its common slang here in the US. Douchebag is used all the time to describe a person who does something stupid or just a stupid person in general. Swif was the definition of douche and (e) was the definition of douchebag. Its also used for a person who is just an arrogant asshole that thinks he\'s on top of the world.....kinda like Jumpman.
