To clean it, just burn the crud off. Do not wash it with soap and water. This is best used for browning steaks, bacon and other manly foods.
Not for sauces...duh.

Seriously, cast iron needs no cleaning. Just wipe off the grease and set aside. It\'ll season itself within 3 months after regular usage. If the crust gets too thick, burn the shit off. But....please open the windows and have an extinguisher handy.
And uh....like I said....not for sauces. So no tomatoes. Please...no tomatoes.
