Title: NFL for 18 weeks?

I think its dumb to add an extra week. Seems trivial but those guys go through car wrecks every single week, and they have enough injury problems as is. Next thing you know, they realize more people are getting injured, think its because of a lack of protection in their rules, and we get more rules that restricts defenses from hitting at certain times.

Going abroad i dont care too much about but it does throw off the equality of how many home games certain teams get.

how many weeks was it before?

and i don\'t see foreign countries liking NFL anymore than we do futbol americano

17 weeks.

16 games with a bye. Itd be 17 games with a bye if they do the extra week
