pffft, thats not lucky. My uncle and aunt won tax lotto first division twice.  Now thats lucky.

fixed....why would the camera\'s just happen to follow him around and he amazingly won again?....it\'s promotional bulls**t....all he did was won a car off a scratch off...now if he won like 5 - ten times, THEN the camera people asked him to to do it with the camera\'s rollin\' then it would be believable....now that\'s lucky...

My point is is that he only won ONE time, not multiple times, somebody that is very lucky is somebody that would have hit the lottery multiple times...
