Louis CK is also pretty good. Espeacially the interviews he does and if any of you say Dane Cook your gonna get a slap.

And I don\'t remember his act, but Harland Williams cracked me up during his extra scenes for Employee of the Month. I imagine he\'s pretty funny.

Also forgot to mention Bill Hicks. The dude Denis Leary ripped off.

Altho I still laugh when Asshole by Dennis Leary comes on the radio =)

And I know who your talking about from Half Baked altho I can\'t think of his name either. He was K-Billy on the radio for K-Billy\'s Super Sounds of the 70\'s in Resevoir Dogs. That guy brings dead pan humor to a new low lol. Love it.

Post by: Bobs_Hardware on June 14, 2007, 12:44:37 AM: George Carlin is pretty good, and was an innovator (as far as taking what Lenny Bruce did a step further goes) but I find his shows are generally comprised of a large portion more vitriol than comedy. Often times his jokes that were making a point are tremendously il-conceived, which tends to rankle me and diminish my pleasure in what would have been a fine joke.

Bill Hicks, I believe did what people such as Carlin and Bruce did, only funnier.

I saw Harland Williams live in concert, and I gotta say it was an absolute riot. 75% of the laughs from that evening were derived from extemporaneously talking with the audience. Amazing. Dada is still alive. :D

So, yeah. All-time, and current favourites. :)
