So I\'m moving out of NJ and into my girlfriend\'s apartment in Baltimore this weekend.
We won\'t have Internet for a little while, but there\'s a public computer downstairs so I might be able to visit some before then.
I just finished tying up the loose ends at work and I\'ll be picking up my rental truck on the way home.
Once I get settled, it\'ll be time to get back on the job hunt. (ugh)

I lived in baltimore city for 2 years.. my dad had his car stolen once and we had a guy running from the cops hiding on our roof @ 2am. Man that was crazy with the cops running up our fire escape shining flashlights in our windows.

I have a cousin who has a place there on federal hill. Actually she\'s a realtor and has made a mint working that area. Cool town.
Actually her place is used as one of the homes of one of the dudes on the wire. She was all exceited the first time her bedroom aired and she wrote to everyone to watch. So I tivoed it and it was great. The scene was a naked dude lying in her bed. lol

Congrats Eik, i\'ve never actually been in baltimore, i\'ve only driven through it...i do hear that there are some nice restauraunts and eateries in the harbor....once you get on your feet job wise, you and your shorty should go check out some of those spots...:thumb:

Good luck on your move dude but can\'t believe you\'re leaving Jersey. Now its just me and hurricane. Sooner or later, I\'ll be out of Jersey. Its weird how we\'ve all grown up and stuff.

Heh, yeah you\'ll probably end up out of jersey, for your own personal reasons, but for me as you know the real estate thing in jersey is just crazy, i\'ve gotten ten-times the home than what i would get in jersey, and my house was brand new as well. I still like jersey tho,... the shore and bein\' so close to new york was just killer. :fro:
As far as the harbor is concerned i\'m not sure when i\'ll be takin\' a trip up north *that sounds weird to say that now* but whenever i do i\'ll make a pitstop at the harbor to get my eat on....i\'ve heard nothin\' but good things about it...

Looks like I\'m inside the beltway, I guess. In Baltimore City. I was just down by the harbor with my girlfriend eating and having a few beers.
I saw a sign on the road to bring back my rental truck that said Beltway, so I kind of got clued in then, heh.
I might end up back in Jersey when our lease runs out, but maybe we\'ll do the PA thing since it\'s cheaper. Maybe something else, I dunno.
As far as the job thing, I just put my name in the hat for a couple places. The local paper and for Comcast. We\'ll see.
For now, I\'m going to enjoy not having many responsibilities. It\'s a hell of a thing to spend the day trying out some old games. I played some old N64 wrestling games today before heading out for some crab soup for lunch. Definitely not excited to get back in the rat race, heh, although that can be fun too.

i keep hearin bad things about them...when i was in jersey i had cablevision, and i always thought comcast was better than cablevsion, i guess because just about everybody in tha hood had cablevsion or the bootleg cable boxes ;)....and everybody else in the burbs had comcast.

I think they are the same company actually or linked somehow. When I pay my Comcast bills, I pay to Comcast Cablevision. Eitherway I hate them.
