I know not too many people in here are feelin\' hip-hop but this track Rule did with Lil\' Wayne is just murder...after 50 ran Ja Rule outta the game for a minute he\'s made a strong comeback with this track...

This next clip is just a clip i found of tupac dissing the bad boy camp(Biggie and Puffy) and even tho i liked both Biggie and pac, Pac really ripped them on this track...quick history: this stems from tupac going to new york to work on a couple of songs with Biggie and Puff, long story short Tupac didn\'t like the way the deal was goin\' down so he stormed out,...minutes later he\'s shot up and left for dead on the street,...and even tho Puff and Biggie claimed they weren\'t involved, alot of circumstantial evidence kinda showed that they were involved on some level, so this video is in response to that night he was shot...again i know alot of you don\'t really care about this but Pac really ripped them on this track....

I stopped listening to hip hop when there was no artistic value to it. The old days where they actually rapped about something was great. I liked listening to that (mostly on the radio, lol) but when all htey sing about is fucking girls, I pretty much lost interest.

About 4 month\'s ago cops arrested a white male from a park nearby that robbed a longhorn\'s restaurant...about two month\'s ago they arrested 4 white males, their mother and father on charges of child molestation and for murdering a 5 year old afri american.....you have a**holes in all races what\'s your point?...........
If you think the music is crap then say it, but not buyin\' it for the reasons you stated and regardless of whether you were joking or not sounds really weak...how does the behavior of an artist have you to decide whether or not you\'ll buy their music? Q, I think this is a rare occasion when I agree totally with you. I actually find it admirable when the rappers refuse to change who they are. You are who you are. If I move out of Jersey, I\'m still gonna act Jersey. They got cahones living in Beverly Hills and still dressing and acting like they\'re in Harlem. More power to them. And it is kinda upsetting to me that hip hop is sold to the consumer. Its like that with all music in a way but hip hop was once a true art form. Now, they just bring rappers who can just rhyme and its just horrible. Every so often, I\'ll hear a hip hop song that really does have a strong message and a good beat. My roommates download hip hop and it just pains me to hear it. How could they even market that as authentic black culture?

Woot! I can see Chizzy\'s point here and I see this on a regular basis around where I\'m at. Where they just don\'t seem to have a since of respect either for themselves or anyone else. Not saying every :fro: is like that but when you see that as the norm it tends to stick with you. Now it also depends on the way the look dress and appear. Appearance is a big thing, regardless of how you feel it makes a huge difference on when reading a person.

Obviously there\'s differences between white and black, but gad damn. It just seems like, when i white person commits a crime we think \'what an asshole.\' But when a black person does it its like \'why do all these guys rob liquor stores?\'
But thats just in my little corner of the country. so it\'s probably deeper. It was only ~50 years ago when times were shit with racial issues. I guess the part about assholes bein\' in every race just goes in one ear and out the other doesn\'t it Chizz? If you\'re so determined to hold solid on that view of black folk then so be it. I\'ve lived in the projects, i know how some black folk can be and yes i know some walk around with a chip on their shoulder, but there was also alot of drug dealin\', people bein shot, even murdered (especially in the summertime) and you know what i did? i got out of that situation....saved my money up and bounced...if you don\'t like the neighborhood you\'re in then move....but didn\'t you just purchase that house not too long ago? And i\'m sure those black folk you\'re complaining about didn\'t just appear overnight....i\'m pretty sure you scoped out the area before you purchased your home and came to the conclusion that "this is a pretty nice spot"

And if some Native Americans did the same things, would you have this same feeling towards them as well, or are you just inherently prejudice? Maybe you should move somewhere else? I\'ve seen a lot of positive things from African Americans in my town. It would "surprise you". My father\'s business van just got broken into and the neighbor was robbed within the last few weeks and only a few houses apart. The criminals were all "white". *gasp* Should I have some vendetta against white people? There\'s a lot of idiots in my neighborhood that won\'t get out of the way of oncoming cars either and they\'re also white. Goodness. Damn white people, eh? My friend was mugged by some white guy. Trust my I\'m prejudice against everyone equally. I judge people on appearance no matter what race... I\'ve known or had a ton of things happen where I grew up that were done by white folk myself and some clean cut middle-class white kids too. The only problem I have is that you say every cop racially profiles and that is probably true to an extent, but 99% the time I doubt it\'s because race more so than how your car looks and or how you are dressed. Unfortunately there are some closed minded motherfuckers out there that all they see is MTV or TV and figure all people fit in to specific stereo types. You have the blacks who run around with there blingy teeth, the mexicans that run illegally and take our money and send it back to Mexico while bumping uglies and making a billion babies in the process that all get US citizenship because they were born in the states while they were living here illegally. And the Asians that own nail salons to steal our wive\'s money. I think I covered the 3 major minorities and the typical stereotypes. But I work with all kind of races and I don\'t have a problem with that, I just can\'t stand the motherfuckers that walk around with some kind of entitlement or chip on their shoulders because they haven\'t had the best of luck in life whether they are white, black or mexican/asian.

Ignorance is bliss. If you view a populaiton of people based on a few ignorant people in your community then you are a sad case and need to educate yourself seriously. But if I viewed the entire white population based on the ignorant people I came accross I would be a fool.

Just as I do not support any of the people who perpetuate the negative stereotypes associated with my race. I\'m not going to single-handedly get rid of nascar, crystal meth trailer park living pregnant teen redneck obese wrestling-watching white trash, but I\'ll be damned if I give one red cent to them personally. (other than my tax dollars which support welfare recipients, and we all know how much control we personally have over that...) Which brings me to another point: can any of you understand being frustrated at working 50 hours a week, paying more in taxes than a lot of you make in a year, then walking with my baby to the supermarket (which is right across the street from the university) and have a 4-year-old black kid try to push my baby out of her buggy because he wants it, and the fat mother says practically nothing to him,("don\'t do dat") dragging her 4 other kids behind her, pushing a shopping cart full of junk food that my tax dollars paid for, so they will grow up with poor eating habits and have heart disease & diabetes that my tax dollars will pay to treat down the road. So call me ignorant all you like. I know I have a right to feel frustrated. And I know that you will read racism into anything I say, because it\'s the easy thing to do. I understand your frustration but it doesn\'t have ANYTHING to do with the fact the woman or the child is black. Cut out the race in your rant and I don\'t think anyone here would disagree with you.
Although I don\'t think the fact you "paying more in taxes than a lot of you make in a year" really means jack shit to your argument. Does a person who works 50 hours a week and make half the amount you do have less entitlement to feel frustrated? Does that somehow make you better?

Well, to all the assholes who called me ignorant, fuck off. My whole point all along is that if I was black, I would not be supporting the people who perpetuate the negative stereotypes. Just as I do not support any of the people who perpetuate the negative stereotypes associated with my race. I\'m not going to single-handedly get rid of nascar, crystal meth trailer park living pregnant teen redneck obese wrestling-watching white trash, but I\'ll be damned if I give one red cent to them personally. (other than my tax dollars which support welfare recipients, and we all know how much control we personally have over that...) Which brings me to another point: can any of you understand being frustrated at working 50 hours a week, paying more in taxes than a lot of you make in a year, then walking with my baby to the supermarket (which is right across the street from the university) and have a 4-year-old black kid try to push my baby out of her buggy because he wants it, and the fat mother says practically nothing to him,("don\'t do dat") dragging her 4 other kids behind her, pushing a shopping cart full of junk food that my tax dollars paid for, so they will grow up with poor eating habits and have heart disease & diabetes that my tax dollars will pay to treat down the road. So call me ignorant all you like. I know I have a right to feel frustrated. And I know that you will read racism into anything I say, because it\'s the easy thing to do. I\'ve said all I wanna say here.
Chizz, i\'ve seen that same scenario with poor white trash down here....but you see how this works? You\'re acting like only black folk behave in that manner....for every story you bring up with a negative stance towards black folk, i can counter with a negative one from white folk, but it\'s all bullsh*t...you can find those same type of people in every race,....my tax dollars support those same people you\'re complaining about as well,..whether they\'re black, white, mexican or whatever....maybe where you\'re at black folk behaving like that is all you see, but i thought you would\'ve been a bit smarter to know that all black folk aren\'t like that...
And why leave? It\'s just a discussion, and as much as you yourself throw alot of the racial jokes around, it\'s kinda funny that you would just leave over something like this....i\'ve gotten into arguments with people here and even if i didn\'t agree with them i never went on some tirade talkin\' bout i\'m never gonna return...that\'s just a bitch\'s way out of it...for the most part where all adults and men up in here and i thought if we got into a heated discussion, that no-matter what, the very next day we could come back in here and kick it like nothin\' ever happened....
