Title: Cars that top out at 200,000 miles..

Lexus is up there and that is all you need to know...:fro:....but i took my 92 maxima up over 350,000 miles,...i guess i should\'ve sent that in to the company for the books...

i was kinda shocked at the cars that most likely wouldn\'t make it to 200,000 miles the bmw 7 series? a few mercedes thrown into the mix? alot of high end vehicles in there....so my $16,000 maxima would outlast a bmw 7 series?*$70,000* and those mercedes benzes?*$30,000-45,000*...perfect!...:thumb:

My parents have a Ford Taurus with 250K miles on it, believe it\'s a \'92 model. In comparison, my \'02 Celica only has 51K on it. I really can\'t complain about my Celica, I bought it with zero miles on it and the only thing I\'ve ever done to it was put on new tires once.  I can only hope it lasts near as long the Taurus my parents have.

I had a \'94 Ford Ranger pickup that I sold with 270k miles on it (no joke)

The guy who bought it used to be a coworker of mine and let me know a year or so ago he crossed 300k.  Had radiator & alternator replaced & transmission rebuilt.. that was it.  Wish all my cars lasted as long and were as reliable as that one

heh, i know...that maxima is loong gone now....i drive a lexus sc 400 now....i was just sayin how i got over 350,000 outta my maxima when this article here was so big on a car goin\' over 200,000....my lex has about 177,000 on it so far and it still runs strong,....whenever i\'m done with that whip, i\'m gonna try to cop a used g35....
