If you\'re in Pakistan, get out now. Secularists will be out killing hard line Muslims and vice versa.
-
And anyone finds this suprising?
-
Sounds like a made up name.
-
let the fuckers kill each other, it will thin their numbers out a bit.
-
Yes and while they are doing that we need to invest our resources not in sending military troops there to protect Oil, but pour money in to finding another way of producing energy. Now that this happened Oil went back up per barrel. We need to not rely on such an unstable area for our resources, the Inuit\'s in Alaska aren\'t running around blowing themselves up for Allah so I say that\'s a good start to get oil for the time being and start working on better electric cars and hydrogen cars as well.
-
it\'s a double edge sword. the more oil we use in alaska, the more we\'re inevitably reliant on the the middle east. electric and hydrogen cars dont only need to be working better, but they need to be used by the majority of the population...and i really doubt people will do that.
but yea..not really suprised by the news.
-
We\'ve relied economically on oil for far too long and the fact that these people have us by the balls is ridiculous!!!
-
blame the hippies/liberal vaginas for high oil prices

I hate hippies and liberals. I do love vaginas though.

Kinda sad...but what was she expecting?....she barely dodged a recent assassination attemp back in october,....i would\'ve just stayed in exile somewhere watching re-runs of martin or the wayan bros....:thumb:..the part that i\'m most suprised about was the actual event itself...why would she be in the sunroof of a car waving to her supposed supporters when she knew that people where tryin\' to kill her?...the exact same thing happened to kennedy,...except after the perp shot her in the neck, he also killed himself for good measure by activating a bomb he had strapped to himself....
I swear those people over there are f**kin\' idiots....and bush thinks he\'s gonna be able to get these clowns to work together in iraq?....keep dreamin\'....

The fanatism is unbelievable. My father and I have experienced, seen and heard many crazy things since he used to work in Saudi Arabia and sometimes visited him there.
The muslim world is in general phallocratic. The idiots interpret the Koran as they see fit. I had a conversation with someone from Iran someday who studied both the Bible (in Aramaic) and the Koran in depth and he has told me that the actual meaning of the Koran is totally different.
The woman is actually equal to man, and she is not obliged to be a servant of the male. But the phallocratic nature of the arabs misinterpret it to satisfy their "manly" needs. Just look what they are promised in the after life. Richness and....virgins??? Materialism to the fullest. Ironically the Koran was supposed to teach humans to free theirselves from their human needs and find their true path towards Allah. Well since those idiots are fanaticized, and promised to find virgins and all the food they can eat if they kill people in the name of Allah, they will do it.
Its hard to understand how phallocratism affected their whole civilization and the interpretation of their religion untiil you live with such people.
I often feel sick just by hearing and watching them!!
But it is important to note that the real islam is not like this and neither are all muslims

But it is important to note that the real islam is not like this and neither are all muslims
Then it begs the question...where are the real muslims that are supposed to be speakin\' out against this s**t?!....oh that\'s right if you speak out then that ass will be served up crispy fried on the street somewhere...and it\'s true that real muslims don\'t act that way, but to me it seems that these radicals are the dominant group in all of islam....every time somethin\' like this happens those peaceful muslims are nowhere to be found...but at the same time some of those peaceful muslims have found the time to partialy blame the u.s. for this...
Hey i didn\'t agree with the whole iraq thing, but i don\'t care if the u.s. supported mushariff or whatever his name is to some extent,..but the u.s. is not responsible in any shape or form for this tragedy...your crazy ass people are responsible for it...people will be quick to blame someone else even when the truth is staring them right in the face...there\'s no hope for those people over there...

While we have some radical christians that blow up abortion clinics, they some how manage not to blow themselves up in the process :). Islam and that part of the country are way behind the times, there religion is much younger than christianity, but older than some others but some how still seems to function mainly off of radicalism. Maybe not all, but when you see that shit on the news everyday it is hard to see past the fact that most of these folks aren\'t a bit on the looney side.
Unfortunately it only takes 1 or 2 bad apples to ruin shit as we all know. We just have very seperate views of how things should be so I say we should get the fuck out of there and let them blow themselves up, fuck Israel they have there own army they can deal with this shit themselves. We need to start caring about our own country instead of everyone elses...

You are a bit absolute there.
If you ever go to Oman. or Libanon, or Emirates you will find many muslims that blend well with everyone.
It is pointless for them to speak out because its like talking to a wall. You cant change the minds of radicals. You have no idea. And why should they really when they are living their lives normally in arab countries were radicals arent dominant? And why should they even if they live in countries were they are dominant? Trying to speak out would only make things worse. You wont see Europeans or Americans speaking their minds while living in these countries either. If you provoke radicals, they become even more radical.
As for these muslims blaming the US they have every reason to. You dont understand why because you didnt get to know them in person. And some of the reasons is that they realise perfectly that:
a) the US doesnt give a damn about them.
b) that the US knows extremely well that many of their actions provokes the radicals and makes things worse, often giving them even more power as a consequence.
c) that the US is trying to "westernize" their culture.
d) plus other reasons
A perfect example was the Iraq war. The radicals werent the dominant! Saddam was keeping those radicals under control. Until the US bombarded the hell out of Iraq, killing a ton of civilians, destroyied the most developed cities in Iraq, destroyied important locations, the meseum that had the only foundings of the most important Mesopotamia civiliazations lost almost everything (you d be surprised how much the US is responsible for it but anyways I dont want to speak about it), radicals got the perfect chance to organize and form groups in Iraq, gaining lots of power and almost in the verge of attaining complete governance of the country etc etc.
This has also provoked the radicals in other countries. When the US attacked iraq, the radicals started killing non-muslims in Saudi Arabia. In Rhiadh where my father was at the time, some radicals killed the guards of an area filled with foreign residents (I went there a few times), entered it and commited suicide by blowing theirselves up in a car filled with bombs into the huge swimming pool. One of our friends there was injured.
Then there were many incidents were they kiddnapped or shot people. At a McDonalds some radicals shot a couple after being asked about their religion. Then there were threats that they were going to attack the place where my father lived. It was a closed area belonging to a company with houses for its employees. The government brought military there with machine guns and tanks to "protect" them. And they are still there to date. The media may have not said anything about it but Rhiadh was in great danger to experience a coup from the radicals. There were many gunfights that were kept away from public knowledge.
You judge them because you are at a safe distance, and the information you are getting is one sided. Even some Americans who spent some time in these Arab countries, rarely get the complete picture of what is actually happening.

Well we both are in agreement when it comes to iraq, i too felt that saddam kept his people in check, whether he ruled with an iron hand or not, the point is that the s**t that is happening in iraq now was not going down when saddam was in power....i still kinda don\'t agree with you about those followers of Bhutta partially blamin\' the u.s, for this....what i hear is that the reason they blamed the u.s. is because the u.s. supports mushariff which is who this lady was kinda beefin\' with...and when they asked him (mushariff) to provide more security for this lady, he was kinda reluctant to do so...
I mean i know why certain radicals hate the u.s. because of the some of the unfair policies that are bein enforced in some arab countries and in order for the u.s. to enforce some of these unfair policies, the u.s. tend to pour heavy amounts of cash and other incentives into theses countries...
That said i still don\'t believe that the u.s. is to blame,...whoever the radicals were that killed this woman clearly had a beef with her, and add to the fact that she wanted to enforce a fair and solid democracy opposite of mushariff, plus tack on that she\'s a woman,(we know that those radicals don\'t even want their woman to be seen without their wraps) and they believe a woman shouldn\'t be able possess a position of power to any degree. This woman knew she was a target when she was almost killed in an attemp in october,...she\'s beefin\' with some of her own people over there, which is why i believe at least in this scenario that the u.s. had nothing to do with it..

I assume you mean Lebanon? Have you been or seen what is going on in that country over the past 25 years?
