hey guys, how goes things!
have just got a new phone... sony ericsson w910i.
i need to update the software on it.
i have downloaded the tool to load it update it, when i click the item, the program starts to run, then a pop up come up saying.
"Incompatiable macromedia version.
Required version available from
Http:/macromedia.com
application will terminate"
have gone to the site, ut cant see what i am meant to be downloading... there are so many things.... i updated my adobe reader thinking it was maybe that, but it wasnt... im about to go to work now... so no time to mess about on the site... if anyone has a clue what it could be it would be most appreciated

do you have to plug the phone into the computer to update? or do you do it through the phone?
and if you hve to do it through the phone, any chance you dont have the internet service to the phone?

Macromedia used to handle Flash until Adobe bought them. Try downloading the latest Flash from Adobe.com (this is just a guess, I don\'t even know if that\'s what it\'s referring to).

im not to sure, all i know is when i start up the program that warnin pops up, doesnt give me any info...
im plugging my phone into my pc, then going on internet to update it... i can do it via the phone, but will have to pay for that.....
tried the flash player.... didnt work...

have tried it... still saying the same thing.... makes no sense
