Housing prices? This is the perfect time to buy a home if one does not want to see a return for at least 7-10 years.

Hell, a cocoa leaf will be worth more than the US dollar in a month or so...lol

I was saving to buy a home during the boom, all the while not expecting what was going to happen. Im glad im an average working joe at the moment. One of the homes we looked at is selling 85k less than it was one year ago....lol.

I kinda still want to jump on it, but it seems as if I may have t o hold onto it for at least 10-15 years to see a profit! Thats not not really in t he plans as I do not wanna live down here that long. I cannnot rent it out and leave b/c Im not in the position to do so.

*not sure who to point the finger at*

Black people scared shitless of stupid things like the weather as usual.

Try shooting at the tornadoes or blowing bong hits at it.

Maybe I went too far this time.

Tru..no doubt..if you\'re a buyer this is the best time to buy....all i\'m sayin\' is that even with the housing prices dropping in jersey,..you\'re still gonna get more bang for your buck down here...especially now...you can still get a brand new 4 br 2 1/2 bath house,..3200 sq ft for about 150- 160 down here...in jersey you\'re getting a waaay older house think 1970\'s and down...for about 450,000 easily,...and something new in jersey,...even with the housing slump you\'re going to pay triple maybe even quadruple for what you can get down here..

Hes\' talking about Jersey and he\'s right. Housing prices here in Jersey are ridiculous. The cost of living is so high here that when I graduate, I have to move out of the state. And with Corzine raising taxes on pretty much everything, its near impossible to live here anymore.

No, its a proven fact white people prefer getting killed in mass numbers by tornadoes.  I mean, there is no other way to explain why they put their trailer homes right in line with so many of them.

It\'s not the white people in the trailer homes....it\'s just that the trailers homes look like Twinkies to the tornado.

how many mexicans and blacks do u see chasing tornados?

U should see all of the idiots that try and go surfing during the hurricanes down here. During either wilma or katrina, some guy was swept out in the ocean on live TV. sharkbait.jpg  lol

These guys are there to make money, at least. And a lot of them do it for science. At least they know what they\'re doing. But tornados are nothing to what hurricanes can do.

BTW, have you read the article I posted here about Hurricanes being named after African American names? A black congress woman wanted this (ironically, her name is Shiela).

Thats why I hardly ever feel bad when someone gets killed by a wild animal as it is usually their own fault.

Just be glad it\'s not about sharks. If shark attacks make the news, bad things happen later. Like 9/11 and Spain\'s train bombings.
