Title: Wii Fit
Post by: videoholic on April 17, 2008, 04:24:20 AM
Any of you getting wii fit? I pre-ordered one. Looks pretty cool. It will be interesting to see how they integrate it into other games. If you could play a game standing on that thing with a controller and a nun-chuck, that\'s a lot of input.

I\'ll probably end up getting it. I know they are making other games that\'ll use it. There was talk of using it for skiing games.

Hey guys,
I\'m interested in Wii Fit, especially since my girlfriend told me she was thinking about yoga. It\'s pretty expensive though, so I\'m not sure. I actually am trying to get one to review from Nintendo, and then I wouldn\'t have to worry about that... We\'ll see.

F**k the wii....what\'s going on in baltimore?.......everything\'s cool?....you still watch wrestling?...the true man\'s sport?...;)....i still want to get a chance to check out the harbor and peep some of those eateries over there,..:fro:...i gotta take a trip up to jersey in May, but unfortunately, because gas prices are insane, it\'s actually cheaper for me to fly up there and rent a car....but if i was drivin\' i\'d definitely take a pit stop and check out the harbor....:jacked:

Heh, hey mang. Baltimore\'s cool. Me and my girl are getting along great. I\'m at work right now. When I get home, her mom will be there to visit for the weekend along with her man.
One perk of my new set up is taking the train to work. It\'s a bit longer of a commute but for like $16 a week to and from work, I can\'t complain.
I never subscribed to tv, though, so all my wrestling comes through netflix about a month late, although I did see a DVD of WM24.
How\'s things with you? :gfight:

Everything\'s cool down here, aside from some scary-ass tornadoes we had a couple of weeks ago,...i\'m still workin\' at Coke and things are generally ok,...just gotta maintain and stay above all of this garbage that\'s goin\' on with the economy....but i didn\'t mean to sound all gay in that other post....:p...but you know i had to give a shout out to a former jersey head!...:thumb:....:fro:

I\'m not getting it, or at least not for a long while...
But it\'s a great idea. I expect it to sell bucketloads in the States.

Looks like fun, but I have to be honest... I see many people buying this and maybe using it for a month tops only to let it collect dust when the next Mario comes out.

Maybe, but how\'s that different from any other game? If it can make you enjoy exercising for a month, then that\'s still not a bad investment. Especially if the board gets use in other applications.

at least, i thought ddr looks for fun and has more rhythm than this Wii Fit which looks so limited and boring. More like a rip off product.

did i ever said wii fit is a rip off of DDR? maybe there is a miscommunication going on here.
when i say rip off product, i mean the Wii Fit is an unnecessary product that rip off consumers money. Not rip off of DDR product, but rip off consumer\'s money...
there, i hope i word it better this time...

Meh...it\'s ok..the only aspect of it that had any real exercise that i could see was the pushups,...other than that everything else looked boring...is this directed towards adults or kids?...cause i\'m sure adults can get a better work-out dvd for \'bout 5 bucks....

You do realize that just about 75% of the stuff in your house is probably unnecessary, right?

i think most of my mom\'s stuffs are unnecessary. She has like stacks and stacks of clothes in her room.
