So I\'ve always planned to properly check out Lamb of God, but just didn\'t get around to it until last weekend.
Holy Shit.
Thats some real... good... metal.

a lot of log fans really like sacrament but..not so much for me. the only song, which is one of their best overall, that stuck for me is foot to the throat.
But other than that, Ashes of the Wake is up there with master of puppets..maybe not as influential but every song is awesome..the first two albums kick ass too but ashes is still my favorite

i like this better

Seriously, the whole "yell for the verse, sing for the chorus" shit has been so overdone.

i\'ll let slipknot get away with it but everyone else its just kinda blah
-
slipknot\'s making another cd..subliminal verses got old pretty quickly but i still like iowa and s/t so i hope its more like those but the singer\'s gotten pretty gay with his stone sour shit..so im not expecting it to be as heavy
i didnt have a problem with bother..i even liked the song..but through glass? cant believe the same guy that made disasterpiece made that song

You actually kinda compared that to Lamb of God?
I\'m no huge Lamb of God fan, but they are the most decent of the few metal bands that "made it" these days.

i\'m not one of those guys who adores bullet for my valentine and hates trivium. if it\'s metal, i\'ll most likely like it. and yes i do, the choruses are catchy and they play a really heavy sound.
-
i dont see a difference between bullet for my valentine and trivium...all those bands that came out at that time all sound too similar to me. Just comes off as lazy/riding the train when bands are part of those trends

Ugh, Square, that video you posted is the type of "metal" I can\'t stand.
I pretty much feel the same way as nO-One on Lamb of God. Not exactly my thing, but better than most metal that\'s become somewhat mainstream.
