Title: mmf to midi converter

my friend sent me a ringtone for my phone, but it\'s in a format that my phone can\'t play, are there any free methods of transferring it from mmf to midi?

I\'ve looked all over, and they are charging on average $30 to download software that can do this, but there\'s no way I\'m paying any sort of money to change one small sound file from one format to another.
