Executive Summary: New LA County law will fine Roach Coaches $1,000 if they remain parked in one place for longer than 1 hour.

Do you have these vehicles in your city? Probably not as many as we do in LA. I had no idea there 14,000 of these suckers in Los Angeles. That is insane.
I have always been afraid to eat food from a Roach Coach. The article says they are inspected by the health department, but I don\'t know if I believe that. I do know that in many cases you might as well forget buying any food if you don\'t speak Spanish. As much as I love Mexican food, I don\'t like thinking about what they might serve a gringo like me.

Its just like street meat in NYC, I only ate the stuff if I had absolutely nowhere else to go. I\'m afraid of how often they actually "inspect" those things.

Grease Trucks by Rutgers are supposed to be good. I\'ve always wanted to eat there and around there from time to time but never have gone over to them.
-
we have a few trucks that run around town and hit up all the garages & places where a lot of people work outside. Hardly a day goes by that I don\'t see at least one of them.. no real desire to eat from one either.

When i worked construction I went to those things once in a while. Don\'t remember getting sick but I never got those huge burritos they were selling.

Those trucks are all over southwest detroit. I hear they have good taco\'s. Never could see myself eating out of one and secondly i prefer taco bell over mexican food.
