i dont know how big i am on the new art direction of the game. It never feels like im playing a game with that cell-shaded feeling, but the colors are cool.

I never enjoyed Price of Persia, and the first 3D iteration was not at all what I was expecting it to be

edit: btw I like the cell shading approach in this one. Is drastically much different than anything I have seen before. It looks more like a well drawn comic book than a cartoon.

i didnt even know there was a PoP that was before Sands of Time until i finished it and got the first one in the extras for beating it. The second one was pretty good, but i never got around to playing the third one..was hoping M$ would put it on the backwards compatible list but it sounds like theyve stopped bothering with it when they found out people will pay for xbox games to download

yea same here...i was kinda shocked i didn\'t really like it,..because i ususlly end up liking games like that...i really can\'t put my finger on why,...to me something about the gameplay just didn\'t feel right...i did enjoy the old version on the turbo graphx-16 tho...:thumb:....this recent game looks good...i\'ll wait and see how this one turns out..

Yeah. The old version was brilliant in its time.

The 3D version was just a combination of soul reaver and tomb raider set in a Persian environment with just the name pasted on it but it never had the depth I think of any of the 3 games

Anybody thinkin\' about gettin\' this?...i just might get this alone for looking absolutely incredible....there\'s a knock against it for being kinda easy, but i don\'t think i\'d mind that...i\'m seriously thinkin\' about gettin\' this....

its on my rent list.

been getting good reviews but it sounds like the only replay value is to get new skins
